My name is Chef Anissa,I am a Personal Chef, Pastry Chef and Caterer,I specialize in Healthy Meals, and Healthy Living, I started cooking and baking at a young age. My interest began around the age of 3 years old. As I grew up,I became more and more interested in cooking and baking. All I wanted to do was to cook and bake. So my mom would show me how to cook and bake.

I started to buy cook books every chance I got, I started to do cooking and baking at home. 

Going into the 7th grade, I was told I was able to take a cooking class. I was so excited. I was cooking more and more at home. I continued to take cooking classes through junior high school and high school. 

I have a passion for cooking and baking. With my passion I am able to create different recipes and tasty foods and treats.
